1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any virtual rank, item, or currency (collectively referred to as "Digital Goods") from the wriggle-cdt store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this store or make a purchase.

2. Virtual Goods & Licensing

  • Nature of Goods: All items sold in this store are virtual digital assets with no real-world value. You are not purchasing "ownership" of an item; rather, you are purchasing a limited, non-transferable license to use that item within the wriggle-cdt Minecraft server.
  • Availability: We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove any Digital Goods at any time for the sake of server balance, updates, or technical necessity.

3. Refund Policy

  • Strict No-Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a purchase is processed and the Digital Goods are delivered to your account, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Chargebacks: Attempting to reverse a payment (opening a dispute or chargeback) via PayPal, Stripe, or your bank without prior written consent from our management will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the server, the store, and our community platforms (Discord/Forums). We reserve the right to provide evidence of the transaction to the payment processor to resolve the dispute in our favor.

4. Server Rules & Bans

  • Conduct: Purchasing a rank or item does not exempt you from the server rules. If you are banned for violating community standards (e.g., cheating, griefing, or harassment), you are not entitled to a refund for any active purchases.
  • Server Closure: In the unlikely event that wriggle-cdt ceases operations or shuts down, no refunds will be provided for past purchases.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Information Collection: To process your order, we collect basic information (Minecraft Username, IP Address, and Email).
  • Security: We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers; all payments are handled securely through third-party processors (e.g., PayPal/Tebex/Stripe).
  • Usage: Your data is used strictly for delivery of goods and fraud prevention.

6. Parent/Guardian Consent

If you are under the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in your country), you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase. By completing a transaction, you represent that you have obtained such consent.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

wriggle-cdt and its staff are not responsible for lost items due to server glitches, player-to-player scams, or account security breaches. Please ensure your Minecraft account is secured with a strong password and 2FA.

8. Mojang & Microsoft Disclaimer

wriggle-cdt is NOT an official Minecraft product. We are not associated with or endorsed by Mojang AB or Microsoft. Any issues regarding your purchase should be directed to our support team, not Mojang.
